In Ebrus, rank is everything. Who you are within the militia side of Erbus's culture either raises or lowers the level of respect you receive. Though all soldiers are held with a high regard, there is still the clear chain of command set in place to keep everyone in line. There's no time, or tolerance, for someone who doesn't know their place or pay the proper respect to their superiors. - Ebrus soldiers are separated into 10 main groups: Town GuardPrison GuardWar SoldiersTraveling SoldiersNaval SailorsTrackers (work with dogs)Death EatersSpies/Sirens (a.k.a. Silent Snakes)The EliteTroops in Training (T.T.)Below will be each group's description, armor, and any other necessary information.

Town Guard The main function of the town guard is to protect towns and established cities. They're essentially the 'police' of any town, city, or kingdom. They're present in all Ebrus territory, though sometimes may be absent in newly taken land until a troop unit of guards is sent.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Protection of citizens and land of their designated zone and beyond if needed. 2. To aid and assist all Ebrus citizens. 3. To uphold Ebrus law. 4. To keep the peace and arrest law breakers. 5. Ensuring all citizens of Ebrus have what they need.

Prison Guard The main function of the prison guard is simple. They hold down prisons in all Ebrus sanctioned territory and districts. The prison guard is a defensive and attack based system of troops, and they're trained to contain, stop, and destroy chaos or chaos makers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. To hold down and establish prison grounds and limits. 2. To keep all prisoners in check. 3. To uphold Ebrus law. 4. To keep the peace within prisons. 5. Ensuring punishment fits the crime.
Typical General or Warden Armor
Can vary in color, weapons, or design depending on area or zone.
The warden is the only one with the power to register prisoners, release them, or transfer them to another prison.
Typical Guard Armor
Can vary in color, weapons, or design depending on area or zone.
Most guards wear their armor all day during their shift. Some may take off the heavier parts. All guards must wear their under armor and a face mask to hide their face and identity when around prisoners.

War Soldiers The main function of the war soldiers is to fight. They're the main defense of Ebrus in all and any territory or district Ebrus owns. These soldiers only travel for wars on the homeland's front. They usually are stationary within a large district or zone, and defend at all costs. They are not the same as the town guard; the town guard is catered more towards the people and and actual town while war soldiers only become active when there's an actual attack from an enemy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. To protect their empire at all costs. 2. To stop all attacks and hold their borders. 3. To uphold Ebrus law. 4. To keep the peace. 5. Ensuring no enemy gets past their defense; if an enemy does, it is their job to hunt down and retain them..
Typical General Armor
Can vary in color, weapons, or design depending on area or zone.
The general of the war soldiers never wears his or her complete armor unless heading into a battlefield or potentially compromisable situation. On another other occasion, they're seen in lighter under armor much like their troop's.
Typical Guard Armor
Can vary in color, weapons, or design depending on area or zone.
Soldiers only wear their full armor when in battlefields, potential strike zones, or first entering a town that isn't Ebrus sanctioned. Though their armor is light but sturdy, they only need to wear it when necessary so they don't wear out too fast. At any other time, war soldiers can be caught in their under armor or normal clothes with some lighter armor attached. War soldiers always keep a weapon on them in case of a surprise attack.

Traveling Soldiers The main function of a traveling soldier troop is to go where they're needed. They fight on battlefields, behind walls, defend land, attack and seize land, battle on the seas, and anything else they're sent to do. They're the backup to any other soldier group. They go where their general takes them, and do as needed to insure Ebrus's victory.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. To protect their empire at all costs. 2. To assist other Ebrus troops when needed. 3. To uphold Ebrus law and seize those who do not follow the law. 4. To keep the peace.
Typical General Armor
Can vary in color, weapons, or design depending on area or zone.

Typical Guard Armor
A traveling soldier's armor will always be silver metal with the red and white cloth. Their weapons, however, vary upon the soldier's personal preference.
During actual battle, these soldiers wear the first armor set. When traveling, they wear the brown, cloth like armor that helps them travel and hide in the night. The brown is the same as the naval soldier's uniform.
